Matthew Gledhill
Raised in Australia, but based in Paris for the past 25 years, Matthew has a wealth of experience in Film and Television production. From developing and financing award winning features, to executive producing high-end TV, Matthew weaves between his own projects and advancing shows initiated by other producers, weighing with the right dose of experience and deference. He has filmed on every continent, adapting to local conditions to meet international production expectations. Matthew’s company Wheelhouse has successfully delivered the French tax credit to investors.
Sophie Cellier
Production executive at Wheelhouse in Paris, Sophie has moved back to her native Europe after studying commerce at the University of Melbourne in Australia and a masters in producing at the Victorian College of the Arts. As a junior executive, Sophie has worked on The Clearing for Disney +, and Blacklight with Liam Neeson.
Sam Hewison
Formerly based in Paris, Sam is now operating out of Melbourne, Australia. He has solid production experience, having worked on many of Wheelhouse’s recent projects. Sam has also worked as an AD with Justin Kerzel and Daina Reed.
Bruno Charlesworth (collaborating producer)
Bruno Charlesworth has enjoyed a successful 25-year career as a film and entertainment lawyer representing creative talent in Australia and Internationally. Bruno recently executive produced Bruce Bereford’s Ladies in Black and was lead producer on Kid Snow, with Billy Howle and Tom Bateman, released later in 2024.
Emmanuelle Balestrieri (collaborating producer)
Emmanuelle is an associate and key architect behind the Production and VFX servicing branch of Wheelhouse Productions.
With over 25 years of production experience, she is France’s most accomplished financial controller and key production accountant currently working in international production. She has run accounts and tax credit applications for feature films including Dunkirk, Ford vs Ferrari, The Last Duel and Hunger Games. Emmanuelle recently piloting the administration and budget on Apple TV’s eight-part mini-series Franklin.
